The game's third update is called 'Patch Notes 6.2' and it adds some much-needed content to the series. The name alone suggests a promising evolution for this entertaining multi-player game series, but is it really?Though the graphics and music have remained mostly the same in Fortnite, the game has come a long way since the first edition of the series released back in February last year. All of these changes have been welcomed by fans, but what is really new about this installment?Well, the best thing about the update is that it includes a new game mode: Arena. It's not quite as frantic as some of the other modes in the game, but it certainly makes the game more enjoyable, especially for those who enjoy competitive multiplayer gaming. This particular mode can be played solo or co-operatively with another player, as it comes with custom matchmaking to make sure everyone is playing on equal terms.The other noteworthy additions to the base game include some tweaks to the current leveling system in Fortnite. The game's first story levels were designed as a challenge for players, but the third season has changed that by making them more rewarding and fun to complete. Each of the story missions is now more challenging, requiring players to craft new items and build new structures in order to succeed.
